J. Cole discovered as a result of his change ego kiLL Edward that he will be releasing some new tunes right before 2020 arrives to an conclusion. “Damn been off for awhile but ima make sure we finish 2020 something specific,” he wrote on Destroy Edward’s Instagram Story. “Stay tuned hope y’all prepared.” 

Cole produced an EP titled Lewis Avenue in July, showcasing “The Climb Back” and “Lion King on Ice,” two music off his wildly-anticipated forthcoming project, The Slide Off. The rapper tried to mood anticipations for the arrival of his sixth studio album by stating that since he is in no rush to get it out, a release date has not been established.
