Previous month, South London singer-songwriter Sipprell released her hottest EP, Bad Heritage, a six-observe collection of gems flecked with dashes of jazz, R&B, Latin influences and electronica, but all centered about her softly-delivered vocals. Right now she returns with visuals for the title track which, for obvious good reasons, have been selfmade.
Directed by Aiden Harmitt-Williams, the video was filmed this summer in her flat and plainly the limits of lockdown have brought out her creative facet. Starting out as a seemingly lowkey affair, substantially of the initially fifty percent centres around pictures of Sipprell, comforting in fairly casual attire, but then we switch to the garden and all of a sudden we are in an additional century and she’s dressed in a big flowing costume with an even much larger hat.
