Fetty Wap and his loved ones have experienced a devastating loss.
On Friday, the Trap & B rapper shared an emotional Instagram write-up that confirmed the death of his youthful brother, Twyshon Depew. Fetty referred to Depew as his “twin,” and apologized for having “unsuccessful” him.
“… I retain contacting ya telephone and you won’t decide on tf up and that shit hardly ever ring 3 times now it’s straight to vm,” he captioned a photograph of him and Depew. “I adore you lil bro I definitely assumed I could get you out prior to I ever experienced to make a submit like this lil bro like wtf.”
The rapper shared far more feelings in a collection of Instagram stories, reiterating his perception that he was somehow accountable for not defending his brother.
“Prevent inquiring me am I ok…No TF I’m not Ok,” he wrote. “I completed misplaced so lots of ni**as that s**t was practically starting up to sense normal…but lil brother guy it really feel like 2017 all above all over again this similar feeling…I know ya slogan ‘don’t cry for me slide for me’ I just do not know what ima inform my nephew when he check with me why I ain’t make positive you was ok…”
Everyday Voice reviews Depew was shot and killed Thursday night time in Fetty’s hometown of Paterson, New Jersey. The 26-year-aged was reportedly discovered on Lawrence Street near Rosa Parks Boulevard with a gun wound to his chest. He was transported to St. Joseph’s Regional Health care Center exactly where he was pronounced lifeless at about 11 p.m. regional time.
According to the outlet, officers did not validate whether or not any arrests were being made in connection to the capturing.
