Pharrell Shares a Look Into His New Miami Hotel

Pharrell can now insert “hotelier” to his comprehensive resumé.

The Grammy-award profitable artist/producer has teamed up with hospitality entrepreneur David Grutman and developer Eric Birnbaum on The Goodtime lodge. The institution, which marks Pharrell’s entry into the hotel business enterprise, will soon open its doors on Washington Avenue in Miami’s South Seashore. The seven-tale setting up was designed by architect Morris Adjmi, and, according to Pharrell, goes major on the Wes Anderson vibes.

“Staying in there is like currently being in a Wes Anderson film,” he told Vogue about the hotel’s aesthetic. “It is like Margot Tenenbaum.”

The Goodtime has reportedly been in the functions for the previous a few years. The setting up will have 266 guest rooms, a exercise session region, a third-flooring pool deck, a full service eatery, 45,000 square feet of retail space, and a recording studio.

“It really is fantastic vibes, superior strength, excellent karma, very good food stuff, superior tunes, very good ecosystem, fantastic vibration,” Pharrell claimed. “Arrive there a single way, and then you go away vibrating. We call it non secular Wi-Fi.”

The Goodtime is expected to start someday in early 2021.
