New York rapper Busta Rhymes is officially again-back. The hip-hop heavyweight has celebrated the launch of his new E.L.E. 2 album with the premiere of his new “Czar” audio video. The visible opens with comic Chris Rock and functions Busta, Billy Danze and Lil Fame of M.O.P. gracing the display screen. Rhymes spares no cost and goes all-out with the visual’s gorgeous royal apparel and costumes.
