The Louisiana woman who’s become Internet-famous for using Gorilla Glue on her hair has some hip-hop celebrities weighing in on her situation, from Missy Elliott to Chance The Rapper. Heartfelt well-wishes also came from model Hennessy Carolina, younger sister of rap superstar Cardi B.
Hennessy Carolina Is Praying For Gorilla Glue Girl
“Love & Hip-Hop” alum Hennessy Carolina is best known as Cardi B’s sister, but she’s built her own fan base with 6.8 million Instagram followers. Hennessy went to her IG Story to send positive vibes to the woman that’s been widely clowned on social media for using the powerful adhesive Gorilla Glue on her hair.
“I feel so bad for the girl with the gorila glue on her hair. I feel so bad it’s really hard for her to remove it 🙁 really wishing her all well and hope she gets it off safely”
Who Is Gorilla Glue Girl?
The woman in question is Tessica Brown. She went on TikTok earlier this month to ask for help with her hair mishap, and ended up going viral for the wrong reasons.
Viral Star Goes To The ER
Brown took to her Instagram to let it be known she’d gone to the emergency room. She went to social media with a simple picture of St. Bernard Parish Hospital to give some insight on her situation.
Chance The Rapper Speaks On Gorilla Glue Girl
Chicago rap star Chance the Rapper went online with some words for her. He says while at first he chuckled a little bit at the situation, he hopes everything gets figured out and solved for Brown without any medical pain. Gorilla Glue themselves spoke out on the matter too with a TikTok comment.
“The less aggressive solvent for her hair/scalp would be rubbing alcohol to try and saturate her hair and then gently comb it out and shampoo”
I’m glad mfs actually supporting her thru this. When I watched the video the second time it was hard to laugh cause I could tell shorty genuinely didn’t know she had put one of the worlds most powerful adhesives in her shit. I hope she recovers well Folded hands #gorillagluegirl”
