50 Cent Is Determined To Get His Money From R&B Star – SOHH.com

Hip-hop and Hollywood mogul 50 Cent does not play about his money. The multi-millionaire artist/producer is financially set, but he’s not letting R&B star Teairra Mari off the hook for the thousands of dollars she still owes him from a court judgement.

50 Cent Seeks To Seize Teairra Mari’s Assets

In 2019, former Roc-A-Fella songstress and “Love & Hip-Hop” star Teairra Mari sued 50 Cent for posting an X-rated image from a leaked sex tape she’d made with ex-boyfriend Akbar Abdul-Ahad. The judge ruled against the singer and ordered her to pay 50’s legal fees. Teairra still owes $37,733 and Fif wants his money. He has filed court documents to have the reality TV star’s assets seized to satisfy the debt.

The Get Rich or Die Tryin rapper denied all allegations of wrongdoing. He said by the time he reposted the image it was already all over the internet.

He said the photo didn’t even show genitals or Mari performing a sexual act. The judge agreed with 50 and dismissed all claims against him.

50 Cent Makes The Move To Texas

A few days ago, 50 Cent announced his relocation to Houston, Texas with a pic of himself standing in front of the Astrodome wearing a Houston Astros cap. It’s been speculated the business-minded mogul made the move in large part due to Texas’ lack of state income tax and lower cost of living compared to New York, but so far 50 hasn’t opened up about the real reason(s).
