Australian rapper Iggy Azalea is done keeping fans waiting. The hip-hop star has announced her End of an Era studio album is finally arriving in the coming days.
The hip-hop star hit up her Instagram page to deliver the massive news. Barring any setbacks, her third studio album will drop Friday, August 13th – ultimately avoiding a clash-off this week between rap stars Nas‘ King’s Disease II and Kanye West‘s Donda.
“Aug 13th will be the End of an Era… and I’m really excited for you all to hear it! 🖤”
Yeezy is back at it with practically the same rollout as his initial July 22 listening party. Kanye’s event had tickets drop Monday morning.
July 30, 2021 (Atlanta, GA): Kanye West Presents The Donda Album Release at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Thursday, August 5 at 9:00PM. Tickets go on sale Monday, August 2 at 10:00am EST at Ticketmaster.com. Tickets for this event are $30.00 to $75.00. The DONDA album release event creative direction is by Demna Gvasalia.
As anticipation for the album grew beyond belief last month, one of SOHH Squad’s youngest members tuned into last week’s Donda album listening event.
Barring any wild and crazy last-minute changes, the world will hear Kanye’s audio masterpiece a week from Friday. The rap star’s LP would actually arrive 14 days from its original rollout.
Kanye West is moving the release of his long-awaited new album Donda to August 6, a representative for West tells Pitchfork. Media personality Justin Laboy and West collaborator Malik Yusef posted about the August release date last week; TMZ also previously reported an August 6 release date. Donda had been slated to come out on Friday, July 23, via G.O.O.D. Music and Def Jam Recordings. (Pitchfork)
Last week, Nasir Jones delivered a massive shocker to the world by revealing both his King’s Disease II project artwork and drop date. Barring any changes, the album will officially arrive this week.
